The If/Else condition block in workflows now supports more flexible ways to evaluate text, including "contains," "does not contain," and the new "is any of" or "is none of" operators.
You can now evaluate fields like "source" more dynamically
Simplifies logic around multi-channel leads (Facebook, Google, etc.)
Helps reduce messy workflow branches
Try "contains" with partial text like "refi" or "purchase" in custom fields to clean up lead routing.

You can now control mobile/desktop visibility for entire sections. not just individual elements. in the email builder.
Create device-optimized designs more easily
Manage layout visibility faster across large campaigns
Pairs well with conditional logic based on contact attributes
Use this with agent vs. borrower segmentation. one newsletter layout, multiple audiences.

In the Reputation section, you can now create custom AI bots to respond to reviews. platform-specific and persona-based.
Stop generic, auto-responses that engage spam
Tailor tone and platform behavior for Google, Facebook, etc.
Save time managing inbound reviews with consistent voice
Create a persona for positive reviews ("Polished Pro") and one for neutral/negative ("Resolution Specialist").

There's a new Internal Chat feature available inside the updated Conversations interface (Labs-enabled).
Collaborate with your LO team inside HighLevel
Keep notes, handoffs, and internal messages off email/slack
Add any user from your subaccount to the thread
Turn this on under Labs > Internal Chat, then use it to tag processors, assistants, or other LOs.

You can now upload .SRT files to course videos inside the Memberships section. enabling captions and accessibility.
More accessible content for diverse audiences
Supports learning retention for trainees or clients
Aligns with video accessibility standards
Use tools like Descript or Otter.ai to generate SRT files, then upload under the video settings.

A new link shortener is now available when scheduling social posts in the Social Planner.
Centralizes link tracking per subaccount
Helps keep posts visually clean, especially on mobile
Supports branded subdomains for links (e.g., links.mylofirm.com)
Don't expect shorter output unless your branded link is shorter than the original URL.

Small UI improvements to blog cover display and RSS feed settings were released. You can now control post visibility and RSS count more easily.
Easier to tweak blog layout without dev work
More control over syndication frequency
RSS can still support mortgage newsletters and campaign integration. ask if you're unsure how.

Some users registering A2P SMS campaigns are now being asked to complete live identity verification, including selfie + ID submission.
New security protocol affects everyone using Twilio or LC phone numbers
Verifications are randomized (as of now)
Adds time to the campaign approval process
