Welcome to HighLevel for Mortgage Pros ("HL4MP," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Empower LO LLC, based in Meridian, Idaho. By accessing or using our website at highlevelformortgagepros.com and related services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Description of Services

HL4MP provides an online community and resources for mortgage professionals who use or are interested in HighLevel (GoHighLevel). We offer:

Free Community Membership: Application-based access to our community at my.mlohub.app. Not everyone is accepted. We review applications to ensure members are mortgage industry professionals.
Pro Membership: A paid membership at $97/month that includes premium resources, snapshots, templates, and additional community features.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

To join our community, you must:

Be a mortgage industry professional (loan officer, broker, branch manager, or similar role)
Submit a complete and truthful application
Provide a valid NMLS number when applicable
Be at least 18 years old

We reserve the right to deny any application at our sole discretion. Providing false information in your application is grounds for immediate termination.

3. Payment Terms and No Refunds Policy

ALL PRO MEMBERSHIP PAYMENTS ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.

By subscribing to a Pro membership, you acknowledge and agree that all charges are non-refundable. If you cancel your Pro membership, your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until that date, but you will not receive a refund for the current billing period or any previous billing periods.

Pro membership details:

Billed monthly at $97/month
To cancel, you must email support@hlformortgagepros.com. Cancellations submitted through any other method are not guaranteed to be processed.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not generate a refund for time already paid
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing members

4. Acceptable Use

As a member of our community, you agree to:

Treat other members with respect and professionalism
Not share, redistribute, or resell community content, snapshots, or templates outside the community
Not spam, harass, or send unsolicited promotions to other members
Not post content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy our proprietary materials
Follow any additional community guidelines posted within the platform

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and within our community, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, templates, snapshots, training materials, and software, is the property of Empower LO LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.

Pro members are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use snapshots and templates within their own HighLevel accounts. This license does not include the right to resell or redistribute these materials.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

Our services will be uninterrupted or error-free
Any specific results will be achieved from using our resources or strategies
Our content is complete, accurate, or up to date at all times

HL4MP is an educational community. We are not a licensed financial advisor, marketing agency, or technology vendor. Any business decisions you make based on information from our community are your own responsibility.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Empower LO LLC, its owner, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our community and services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

Violation of these Terms and Conditions
Violation of community guidelines
Abusive or disruptive behavior toward other members or staff
Providing false information during registration

If your account is terminated for a policy violation, you will not be entitled to a refund of any payments.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ada County, Idaho.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
