Exciting Dashboard Updates

What Changed:
You can now add "Quick Filters" to dashboards, letting users toggle views without rebuilding entire modules. Filters can be tied to calendar groups, users, or any other relevant data source.

Why It Matters for LOs:

Tip: Use "Logged-in User" as the default view so everyone sees their own metrics without needing custom dashboards.

What Changed:
HighLevel's chat widget now offers an all-in-one experience, combining SMS, email, and WhatsApp options into a single chat view.

Why It Matters for LOs:

Note: This is more relevant for users doing high-volume digital support. For mortgage pros, it may be niche. but worth exploring.


Reputation Management Enhancements

Email Review Request configuration in HighLevel Reputation tab with editable subject, timing controls, and a preview of a branded review request email built using the Email Builder.

What Changed:
You can now choose email as a delivery method for review requests and build the email in the Email Builder directly within the Reputation tab.

Why It Matters for LOs:

Tip: Templates must be built from scratch in this area (can't yet pull in global email templates). Expect this to improve.


Opportunities in Workflows

What Changed:
HighLevel has separated "Create" and "Update" Opportunity actions, and added the ability to search ("Find") opportunities inside workflows.

Why It Matters for LOs:

Tip: If you see a deprecation warning on "Create/Update Opportunity," switch to the new split actions for future workflows.


A2P Compliance Warning

What Changed:
HighLevel continues tightening enforcement around A2P compliance. Users now see clearer reminders to separate marketing and transactional consent in form opt-ins.

Why It Matters for LOs:

Tip: Always include two opt-in boxes (marketing + transactional). This is no longer a "nice to have". it's becoming a requirement.
