Talk to Your CRM with AskAI

What Changed:

HighLevel’s AskAI is now connected to your MCP server, which means you can interact with your CRM using natural language commands.

You can now say things like:

“Show me all leads older than 30 days in Hot Follow-Up.”
“Move them to the Ghosted stage.”
“Now show me refi opps in the Pending Application stage.”

AskAI understands the request, fetches the data, and even performs the action—without you clicking through pipelines, dropdowns, or filters.

  • You can manage sub-accounts without logging in and out

You’re no longer stuck with one popup per page. HighLevel now lets you assign different popups to different buttons—all on the same landing page.

  • Avoids redirecting users to separate pages

What Changed:

Two key upgrades were made to Conversation AI:

  • You can now update 20 contact fields (up from 5)

  • You can trigger 5 different workflows per response logic (up from 3)

  • Smarter automation without “stacked” workflows

  • Improved handling of complex reply branching

Tip:

Use the new workflow limits to personalize AI replies based on lead type, credit stage, or qualification criteria.


New Persona Verification for A2P

Some phone number actions (like A2P registration, CNAM, or STIR/SHAKEN compliance) now require persona verification—which includes uploading a valid photo ID and doing a facial scan.

  • Keeps HighLevel in good standing with Twilio and telecom compliance

  • You may need to help team members complete verification during onboarding
